We believe every community deserves a platform that puts people first. Good Morning Murfreesboro exists to shine a light on the events, organizations, and individuals that make the Boro one of Tennessee's greatest places to live, work, and grow.
Our Story
Good Morning Murfreesboro started with a simple idea: what if there was one place where Murfreesboro residents could start their day fully informed, genuinely inspired, and deeply connected to their community?
We saw non-profits doing incredible work that nobody knew about. We saw local businesses opening their doors without a single mention. We saw events come and go without enough people showing up. That had to change.
So we built Good Morning Murfreesboro — a daily community hub that puts local voices front and center, every single morning.

Rachel is the coffee fueled energy behind Good Morning Murfreesboro. A California native with a passion for storytelling and community, she brings warmth, wit, and silly laughter to every episode. When she's not on air, you'll find her traveling, hiking, or cheering on the community she loves.

Lance brings a sharp eye for community stories and an easy, genuine on-air presence that Murfreesboro has come to love. With deep roots in Rutherford County, Lance has an unmatched knack for finding the stories that matter most to real people. Off mic, he's a dedicated family man, dog lover and passionate about giving back to the community.
